# Co- Packer for Gluten Free Bowl Blends

Actively looking for a co-paker for our grains & legumes, based **Bowl Blends (requiring multi-steps as described):**  
Soaking + parboiling + dehydrating of grains/lentils, coarse grind, blending in with veg/spices, packing in 300g stand-up pouches. 2-day cycle, Trial batches 100-200kg, scaling to 500kg+/mo.​

Need GF/top-allergen-free facilities – we've connected a few NS copackers via referrals but haven't really found a suitable partner. Open to Ontario or Quebec co-packers, too.
