Hello YODL'ers,

TheoryMesh just came back from attending the Canadian Food & Regulation Summit, hosted in Toronto this past week. I would highly recommend that you consider attending their sessions as they happen twice per year. When you attend, you will have a chance to listen to and talk to the leaders in Food Safety and Food Regulation in Canada. While attending this Summit, an attendee posted a link to a very relevant document for Food Companies on the topic of Food Allergy management for food manufacturers. I've downloaded this large PDF file and have it available to share.
