We're a new, small business getting ready to launch our first product and looking for recommendations for labs in the GTA to help with **Shelf Life Testing &** **Nutrition Facts Table creation/labelling.** Since this is our first time going through the process, any advice or referrals to reliable labs would be greatly appreciated! Preferably ones that work with small businesses. Shelly ---

Hello Shelly, Our team at Cultivated Food Labs supports a wide range of clients looking for both technical support and innovation. As for shelf life, we have multiple incubators to support rapid predictive shelf life testing and also can support testing for changes in physical qualities such as texture and colour. We have full in-house regulatory support and capabilities to ensure your packaging and label comply to the markets you are looking to serve, and of course can help generate an accurate NFT for your products. It would be great to hear more about your project. You can reach me at [joel@cultivatedfoodlabs.com](mailto:joel@cultivatedfoodlabs.com). ---
