I believe the program you are referencing is the BC Manufacturing Jobs Program - https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/employment-business/economic-development/support-organizations-community-partners/rural-economic-development/manufacturing-jobs-fund

I recommend if in the future you want to share info on funding, that you profile the actual program for best results and effective communication with our members.
