I have another co-man query, this time for a dairy-free bean -to-bar chocolate producer I am assisting. Seeking a co-manufacturer who could work with oat milk chocolate blends, and other dairy free chocolate bean to bar formulations.
You may wish to reach out to Stacy @ Live on Chocolate. She is an award winning master vegan chocolatier, and her facility in Scarborough is being underused. All she does is bean-to-bar, organic. she's also a heck of a nice person.

Hi Karen,
Rene Rey (North Van) might be able to co-man for you. However, there are peanuts and coconuts in his facility and can't get dairy free kosher pareve, if that's ok with you.
