I'm looking for a Canadian supplier of natural colours that can sell in smaller quantities (around 2 kg / 5 lb) for beverage applications. Specifically interested in water-dispersible colours such as beta-carotene and carmine, suitable for acidic RTD beverages (pH ~3) and tunnel pasteurization. Any recommendations for Canadian distributors or colour houses that work with smaller batches would be greatly appreciated.
