I have a small-scale food manufacturer that is looking for a CFIA approved co-packer for a line of middle eastern products. The co-packer must have a fry line, an IQF line and a gusset bag packaging line for the product. The client has grown his business much larger than his current co-packer can accommodate and is getting enquiries from some large chain operations on both the retail and food service side of the business. If anyone knows of a company in Eastern Canada with the willingness and ability to co-pack this unique product line please let me know. He has the machinery to make the product and will place it in the co-packers plant if agreeable.
