The 12th AMBQ Congress was back from November 14 to 16 at the Québec City Convention Centre, with smiling brewers for in-person meetings without the health restrictions caused by the pandemic. According to the association’s latest statistics, the brewing industry is experiencing strong growth with 318 licences. And 49 applications have been pending with the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ) since early October 2022. The AMBQ also counts 56 microbreweries in the startup process.
