Hello CFIN community!

We are currently seeking a reliable supplier or co-manufacturer of fermented whole cucumber pickles packed in food service pails of 10 kg, 15 kg, or 20 kg. We are flexible on the pail size based on your existing format and open to ordering your minimum volume.

Specifications:

  • Fermented whole cucumbers (not sliced or spears)

  • Packed in food-grade pails (10–20 kg)

  • Shelf-stable or cold storage format acceptable

  • Consistent quality and traceability required

Hope you are well.

As you may not know, there is ONLY one pickle processor left in Eastern Canada, Putters Pickles ( https://putterspickles.com/) they do fermented pickles and as far as I know do pails.

Give John Tartaglia a call to see if he can assist.
