I am the President of Lcoal Grown Salads.
We are an Indoor Vertical Farming Technology company. We are applying to Food-Link to create an Indoor Vertical Farms in Calgary, Montreal, Niagara. Windsor, and Toronto.
The farms will grow Microgreens, Salad Blends, Herbs, Leafy Greens,and small vegetables like cucumbers, beans, and peas.
For a successful Food-Link submission at this stage, we need to demonstrate interest in purchasing our products or entering into a long-term partnership. We are looking to connect with folks who can leverage our offtake or our technology. We are not looking for any committments at this time, just expressions of interest.
