Greetings!!

The University of Guelph is pleased to invite your organization to participate in the Canadian Food Engineering Conference 2026, taking place May 14–15, 2026 in Guelph.

CFEC 2026 is a national forum that brings together industry leaders, researchers, startups, and students to discuss the latest advancements in food engineering, food processing, and agri-food innovation. The conference will host approximately 150 participants, including representatives from 30+ food and agri-food companies, along with government and academic partners.

A key highlight of the conference is the Food Innovation Exchange (FIX), which will feature table-top exhibits where organizations can showcase their products, technologies, and services while interacting directly with researchers, innovators, and industry professionals.
