Edward, was at the show today. Thanks for the passes. Had a look for you, but Booth 143 was a generic startup and didn't see your booth there. Maybe I missed something.

Great show. Lots of international companies, and a great profile of various aspects of food innovation. They put on a great show. It is indeed a 3 day event. We tried to do it in 3 hours and my buddy talks a lot. So much to stop and sample/chat about.

Thanks again. I highly recommend this show for food thinkers.
