Let's Chat: Improving Quality Inspection with AI in Food Manufacturing

Hello, CFIN!

At FabriSight, we specialize in automating visual quality inspection. We use cameras and AI to detect issues and notify operators in real time. Our system is 10x faster to setup and adapt to product changes and variations.

We are based in Vancouver and I'd love to connect-whether over coffee or a call-with anyone interested. We are helping manufacturers to save time, cut costs and improve product quality. Eager to hear how food manufacturers currently handle quality and production challenges, what might be missing.

Hi George,

Thanks for your post. It would be great to hear more about your solution - for example, can you share more details about the benefits you delivered to a manufacturer, such as saving time, cutting costs and/or improving quality?

Hi Tyson, thanks for asking.

At a high level, imagine having someone who can continuously monitor any part of your production, 24/7, and report in real time.

They can notify you when something goes wrong, like bags of grain getting stuck on a conveyor belt or a missing chocolate candy in a box.

They can check the sealing, verify printed labels, count the number of products in a tray, or simply track production and collect data for you if you're working on improving throughput.

They are focused on the task and never get tired.

This is a typical role for visual inspection. We focus on making the setup smooth and fast. When you introduce a new product to your line, you'll be able to configure the system in minutes.

If this sounds interesting - feel free to reach out. I'd be happy to discuss how our solution can meet your specific needs.
