Looking for a location to lease or sub-lease

Hello Everyone,

We are looking for a 4,000 to 6,000 sqft location in the York region or Toronto area to start our food production (ready meals) in January 2023. We could not find any unit among the published listings because the majority of landlords prefer clean usage and not food manufacturing. We asked for help from OMAFRA and several economic business development centers, but nothing was found. It is really tough to find one in the current market. That’s why I thought that you might know of any potential opportunity for lease or sub-lease that could save us.

You can reach out to Stuart Metcalfe at Colliers if you have not been in touch with their group.
Stuart himself deals in larger sites - 20,000 sq ft + however, he may have colleagues who deal with smaller locations.

Hi Max,
We have approximately a 4000 sqft location but it is in London, Ontario for sublease. If you or anyone you know is interested.
If you do not mind the distance to Toronto or York Region then we can accomodate.
