My name is Odette Mwika, Founder of Mayamba Consulting, and we are located in the Ottawa region, Canada. I am currently leading an innovative agri-food project focused on the transformation and international commercialization of Tondolo, a unique and underutilized fruit from the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Our initiative aims to:

  • Develop a sustainable agri-food value chain from rural producers in the DRC

  • Transform Tondolo into high-quality juice and derivative products

  • Introduce and position this product in the North American market, including participation in SIAL Montreal

We are currently seeking strategic partners within the CFIN ecosystem who can support us in the following areas:

  • Product development and formulation

  • Food processing and scale-up

  • Regulatory compliance (CFIA, import/export)

  • Packaging and branding

  • Pilot production and commercialization
