Has anyone gone through the CDAP process with a consultant? And if so, were you directed to software and/or services to assist your food operations that were actually of some value for your business?

Hi Cheryl,
I am a Digital Advisor with the CDAP program and find it a great program. We work primarily with Seafood companies, but the program is very broad.
We develop digital plans for clients, and common recommendations are focused on cyber security, inventory management, data redundancy, communication tools, customer management systems, website development, etc. It very much depends on the business, but that's what's great about the program.
I'd be happy to talk to anyone interested to learn more about the program.

Hi Cheryl, I have a number of clients who have or are currently using CDAP. CDAP does not have an industry focus, but is geared towards digital adoption, which can mean software, but it might also result in skills training, hardware, way to leverage current technologies differently, etc. I am not a CDAP adviser but i work with many of them across the country.
