Hello Marcus,

all our food waste is already recycled; these days I am rather looking for outlets for our non-food waste such as all non-recyclable plastics or all food-contaminated packaging. Obviously, there is composting (all our packaging is compostable), but it is more complex to implement.

Just wanted to flag that if you end up pursuing a project with Ontario grains or grain byproducts, you might be eligible for the Grain Farmers of Ontario Grains Innovation Fund.
