Most hospitality operations looking to liquidate all or part of their equipment inventory typically collaborate with local auction houses specialising in restaurants and bakeries. One that comes to mind is Benaco Sales – https://benacosales.hibid.com. They manage the removal, cleaning, and presentation of your equipment for inspection. The price you achieve will largely depend on the quality and condition of the items.
While Facebook Marketplace is generally a long shot for commercial bakery or restaurant equipment, it might still be worth exploring.

Note they take a commission (15% range I think).
If you can sell it direct to someone you know for the price you want, do that. But if you want to do it quickly or are having trouble getting the price you want then this marketplace is a good option.
