Depending on the type of packaging that was initially used, you will have to resort to solutions that would align.
Ex. If its a fixed solid surface, direct pass-through relabelling can be permitted. However, if its flexible packaging, you may have to reset to manual overlay-labels.
Best is to contact you label solutions vendor. They typically have an out of the box solution available. In the cannabis sector, they would often black out the old data and overlay a new label over the specific data that requires correcting. In other cases, they would replace the entire label or packaging. It really depends on the reason for re-labelling and what information requires updates.
