Not sure what you need specifically, but Expressco and Les Plats du Chef both fit that profile generally.

Hi Shivani,
Prior to reaching out to co-mans/co-packers, please have ready a project brief answering questions like your annual volumes, allergen restrictions, packaging guardrails, cold storage/3PL needs, etc. This 1-page checklist will help determine the best fit for your product alongside their process and teams.

Have you tried:

Inovata Foods
Marsan Foods
Sabatini Gourmet

Hi Lara,

DeBoer's certainly can help you out on the protein side and also possibly finding you a cold pack or for the meals.

Shivani, At DeBoer's we processed several different types of chicken. Please reach out to me as ship out east every week.

Ocean pier in Scoudouc NB has a meat and fish license and does frozen entrees. But They don't do ready to eat. Where your product requires reheating, do you mean ready to heat instead of ready to eat ? Best of luck !

I would also check with the group in Rigaud, Quebec. Delta Daily Foods. They do small airline meals and assume they are certified for meat products and are federally inspected.

They might be able to assist, they also have freezers for quick freezing and also packaging equipmet.

Regards,

'Don

Hi Shivani, I came across this message from a while ago. What copacker or kitchen did you eventually find? We are looking for a supplier or boiled chicken. If you know someone that can ship to our plant in Montreal, please help. Thanks

Rajan, yes to all.
