While these initiatives are critical to shaping a sustainable future, they often encounter significant hurdles. Your presence could play a role in supporting these efforts and fostering a ripple effect of lasting, positive change.

So glad that you joined the CFIN-RCIA community! You're in good company here, wouldn't you say, @Lavina Gully?

The world definitely needs more chefs like you, who show us that conventional food waste isn't to be wasted - the stuff that we've been told to throw away can actually be healthy AND delicious!

It's too bad that I'm won't be in Vancouver to attend this amazing event but I'm sure it will be a great success! I mean who doesn't want to end food waste and celebrate sustainability?!

Appreciate that! Really excited to be part of this community and connect with like-minded folks. And yes, the world definitely needs more creative ways to reduce food waste!

Too bad you won't be in Vancouver for the event, but I really appreciate the support. It's always great to show that what's often thrown away can actually be some of the best ingredients.

Also, a pleasure to connect with @Lavina Gully-looking forward to learning and sharing with you both!

HI Rumy,

Would love to know how we could participate. Check us out at www.groundupev.com and let me know when you have time to connect.
