QUEBEC FOOD INNOVATORS!
The CRIBIQ is launching its special call for projects on Food Innovations for a Sustainable Future, supported by the Ministère de l'Économie, de l'Innovation et de l'Énergie du Québec (MEIE).
The priority research themes are varied and ambitious, covering cutting-edge areas of innovation. Among them:
- Plant-based foods
- Alternatives to animal-based foods
- Alternative proteins
- Personalized nutrition
- Precision fermentation
- Precision agriculture
- Food packaging of the future
- Functional ingredients
- Innovative technologies (example: 3D printing of foods)
This call for projects aims to meet the growing needs of Quebec’s food industry, thereby strengthening Quebec’s role as a leader in this essential field. If you are a public research institute of Quebec (IRPQ) or an innovative company, this is the ideal opportunity to participate in this collective endeavour and actively contribute to shaping the future of our food!
