We are a startup currently looking for a partner who can supply fruit purées made with Canadian fruit. Unfortunately, sourcing this has been more challenging than expected, so any guidance, recommendations, or introductions would be greatly appreciated!

Replying to your 20 days old post here, not sure if you had a luck in sourcing any Fruit Purée supplier so far. I would like to let you / fruit purée manufacturers that my company Alfa Laval supplies 'Plate Evaporation Systems' which can be utilized for fruit juice concentration applications. Happy to discuss further if any food processor needs to explore their evaporation / concentration needs. Thanks!

Have you tried Martin's family fruit farms? Alternatively, the Cider Keg used to make local strawberry purées. Not sure if they still have the capability.

Have you tried Superfruit Puree in PEI. They make a great product with Canadian berries. Good luck ! https://www.superfruitpuree.ca/

Pacific Canadian Fruit Products in Pitt Meadows BC makes a cranberry puree if that is one of the fruits you are interested in working with.
