I am looking for a food distributor or a company that manufactures raw thinly sliced sweet potatoes. I have tried Cavendish Farms. I am not frying them and will be using them raw. Any help would be appreciated!

I worked at Cintech Agroalimentaire in the past and we had projects for them back then, but I was not the person with who they had a direct contact.

We're a horticultural (fruit, vegetable, flowers, shrubs and trees) research institute. We do contract testing and grant-funded research to support the horticulture sector including anyone that uses horticulture products such as growers, food manufacturers, CPGs or retailers. We have around 60 people in R&D with a range of expertise from consumer, sensory and market intelligence to biochemistry, soil testing and automation.
Pride Pak is the largest fresh cut fruit and vegetable processor in Canada. They list their core products on their website but they also do custom orders for most other fruits and vegetables. I'm happy to make an introduction if you'd like: alexandra.grygorczyk@vinelandresearch.com

If you want to check out another Canadian processor of sweet potatoes they are called Russet House in Quebec.
They manufacture sweet potato fries and other products made with sweet potatoes.
You can see if they do fresh slices.

Yes if you could make the introduction that would be appreciated. My product is new to the CPG market and I did work with Niagara College Food and Wine Institute. They helped scale up my recipes but were unable to find a producer that could provide me with the sliced raw sweet potatoes.
Russet House in Quebec was also just brought to my attention.
