Does anyone have a recommendation for a spray drying co-manufacturer in the province of Quebec?

Ideally, the facility must be certified organic, dairy-free, and soy-free.

I can't speak to Quebec, but I know there is a HUGE sprary dryer in the Neptune Centre in Halifax

Hope you are well.

I don't know if you received my previous email but, as stated you could approach the dairy and cheese processors in Quebec to see if they could assist your search/usage of a spray dryer. I am working on a few projects that spray dryers are being considered but would be at least a year before the systems are operational. As mentioned, there are a few companies that do testing for processors in Quebec like one of the groups that Pierre mentioned, don't know if they have a spray dryer but a simple phone call would let you know. There are a few in the Maritimes that are pharma companies and the milk processor in Ontario.
