I was not aware that you have an atomizer dryer for milk and powder production.
We also supply spray dryers, drum dryers, and paddle dryers, as well as other systems used in the dairy industry.

Not many dairy processors do organic powdered milk based on the multi-million dollar investment in acquiring the system for spray drying ( we provide spray dryers and drum dryers so ).
There is a group in Winnipeg ( Medallion) one in Ontario ( Transite) that I know of. They do milk powder but don't think its organic.
Numerous dairies in Ontario, Quebec do organic milk just not in powdered form.
You could discuss your requirements with Royal Canadian Milk in Kingston, mostly for powdered link for baby formula.
It might be worth as call to take to someone !!
