Looking for Canadian supplier of dark chocolate

Hi there, I'm looking for a Canadian supplier for 70% dark chocolate, ideally vegan dark chocolate. I'm also interested in low-sugar options if available. Would love any recommendations.

Thanks,

Alyssia

Are you looking for coatings, wafers, chunks, chips (2M or 4M)?

Luker Chocolate has a few NSA (no sugar added) options like Stevia and Erythritol. They have a Canadian Distributor you can reach out to.

Also try Foley's (BC) and Nutriart (QC)

Most will not have dairy free Kosher (if that's the Vegan standard you require) as most Canadian plants will not be able to process due to segregation.

Regards,

Lara

Barry Callebaut is a great reference for chocolate as a raw material for further processing: https://www.barry-callebaut.com/en-CA

They have a big chocolate manufacturing plant here in St-Hyacinthe (Quebec).

Also check out Puratos in Mississauga (they also own Foley's.) https://www.puratos.com/product-categories/chocolate

Try Soul chocolate. They roast their own beans.

Thanks so much everyone, appreciate the suggestions. Highly prefer wafers since we'd be tempering quite a bit. Will take a look at all of these!
