At RFINE, we're developing technology to upcycle spent coffee grounds into useful food ingredients. We've shown that our KAFFIKA powder ingredient is useful in making a broad variety of products from baked goods to BBQ sauce. The ingredient is similar to cocoa powder in appearance and can be used as a replacement for cocoa powder in many formulations.
