Hi Everyone!

My name is Rob, founder of Gemaro Bakery in Toronto. 2026 is our 10th anniversary.

We specialize in top 8 allergen free baked goods and more.

We're family owned and operated and have been on shelves of independent health food operations throughout Ontario for years. We've created a unique line up of products that have both food retail and food service applications. Imagine a 5* Hotel Exec chef creating better loaves, buns, treats, meals, pizzas........and everything is free of gluten, eggs,dairy, peanuts, treenuts, sesame, and more......voila, that's me.

It's been a dream of mine to see our products on more shelves throughout North America:)

Expansion isn't my skillset, food innovation is

Hey, we're not a big company, but we have a 'goldmine' of a line up. This conversation makes more sense when you come and see/taste what we offer.

Retailers (and restaurants/hotels( are always looking for new,high quality products.

If you are looking to expand and need some engineering/consulting assistance , you should look at the Dennis Group ( https://dennisgroup.com/dg-canada/)

They are well known for their knowledge and previously work don in the bakery industry throughout North America. The link should take you to the Canadian division which is in Ontario.

I know some of the Canadian personnel will be at the SIAL Show in Montreal April 29th to May 1, 2026.

Hi Robert,

I've helped a French bakery access $2.5M and another commercial bakery $13M in growth capital. These were a combination of loans, grants and some pretty hefty innovation rebates. I'm also currently working with another food company, helping them raise a $3M - $5M in investor capital (small series A). However, it sounds to me as if you are looking for an investment partner - not simply growth capital?
