Allow me to introduce of the company and technology briefly here: The company developed an innovative dehydration solution which can be employed to dehydrate fruits, vegetables, dairy and meat effectively and cost-effectively and space-saving. The end products have long shelf times, nutrition and flavour are well kept, and crunchy, and crispy. Had sold 2 small pieces of equipment and 1 bigger one is under manufacturing.
Currently, The company is strategy development, whether switching from B2B (selling equipment/ technology to businesses) or B2C (selling end products to consumers or private labels). Would like to have an expert to help assess the following three different channels: 1) Stay B2B manufacturing equipment; 2) Pivot to produce end product ( dry powder, dry chips etc) B2C to enter the retail market; Pivot to produce end product ( dry powder, dry chips etc) B2 to pursue private label business model.
Welcome anyone in this network to share your thought. Much Appreciated!

I've worked with a few clients in this space. If you interested, wouldn't mind sharing my learnings to date. The market for all of your 3 identified options have changed/are changing rapidly - and personally think there are some other options to consider that aligns very well with long-term industry and consumer trends.
