Designed to blend hands-on practice and theory with professional development skills for leadership roles in the hospitality industry, the program includes a comprehensive study of mixology, wine, and beer, and is hosted in a state-of-the-art mixology lab. It also features an immersive field placement opportunity with top industry partners.
