Co-packer / Co-manufacturer for a chili product or beef burgers

Does anyone have any recommendations for a Co-packer who can help with a chili product and or a beef burger product?

Or, does anyone have any recommendations for how to find one?

For the beef burgers, Cargill in Ontario or Quebec would be a good bet !
