We're Saucy Stories, an East African-inspired artisan food brand based in Abbotsford. We make freeze-dried Kulfi Bites (Mango, Pistachio Saffron, White Chocolate). Our current freeze-dry facility is temporarily down for equipment repairs, and we have a major trade show in a few weeks that we need production ready for - so we're looking to move quickly on a backup or ongoing partner.
What we need:
- Freeze-dry capability for a dairy-based dessert product (kulfi)
- Able to take on a small-to-mid batch run on short notice (this time)
- BC-based or reasonably close to Abbotsford/Fraser Valley
- Food-safety certified and set up for co-packing

Thank you for suggesting Vancouver Freeze Dry. I actually reached out to them a few weeks ago, but their minimum volume requirements are much larger than what I currently need. In the meantime, my search continues. Thanks again!
