Hello CFIN Community,
We could use your help in finding a new manufacturing facility in the lower mainland (ideally Vancouver), we received our notice this week, and our lease is up at the end of May, and looking to move in June 1st (or earlier).
At 7 Leagues we transform fish skins into a bio textile: fish leather. We are in the final stages of R&D as we prepare to launch into the market. The skins are stored frozen and thawed for processing, during which they lose their fishy smell, so don't worry about a fishy smell, it is very minimal. We would be happy to co locate with others in the fish or food processing space, in a manufacturing space or in lab space (we are currently at UBC).
Here are our required facility amenities:
- at least 500 square feet of space
- domestic water and drain
- 3-phase (industrial) power to run our tanning equipment
